Acoustic/Electric Guitarist Scott Quinn (SQ Left)
is fresh to the Wilmington area from Southern California.
He has played with extraordinary Jazz-Rock musicians
from Al
DiMeola to
Shawn Lane,
Jonas
Hellborg (John
McLaughlin),
Gerald
Carboy (David
Sancious) &
Bunny Brunel (Chick
Corea).
Scott is probably best known for
his highly acclaimed work with the late great Master
Guitarist/Musician Shawn Lane as his manager/confidant in the late
80's, early 90's.
Scott helped put together Shawn's first critically acclaimed solo
album, POWERS OF TEN,
even actually naming the album for Shawn (as well as naming a number
of the tunes Shawn wrote) . Scott also is the one who was
responsible for putting together the REH Video deal that offered
Shawn's fans around the world, the chance to learn from not one but
TWO VHS recordings of the master, brought to you by Roger Hutchinson
of REH fame!
Scott also worked for and
